Purchasing artwork

Copyright information
As copyright holders, artists hold exclusive rights to reproduce their artwork, distribute copies or images of their work (such as giclee prints and note cards), make derivative works, and present or make displays of their work in print or Internet. Please be informed that although buyer purchases and owns an original work of art, the artist retains and reserves all rights to the image.

For Internet purchases, payment can be made by bank-certified cashier's check, PayPal or international wire transfers. If you chose a international cashier's check or wire transfer, please contact us for verification and instructions. For purchases at the studio, we accept cash, Square payments, checks drawn on a local bank in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and the Dakotas or credit cards.

Shipping and delivery
We normally ship by Fed-Ex, UPS or other standard courier at your cost. We may charge a handling fee to prepare and package the artwork before shipping. We try to have the artwork arrive within seven days of order confirmation. Buyer may chose to specify the courier and level of delivery (overnight, ground, etc.).

You may cancel your order for any reason up to seven days after you receive the artwork (the statutory minimum is seven days). Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Artwork must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. Returned artwork must be securely wrapped and packaged in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned artwork has been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase.

It is strongly recommended that the buyer purchase insurance to cover the full value of the artwork during shipping. The seller is not responsible for goods damaged during shipment.
